Ryan - Keenan marriage - 1933

Emmett Ryan of Monona and Miss Estella Keenan of Waukon were married at 6:30 Saturday morning in the Catholic church in Waukon, leaving immediately on a trip to points west and returning Sunday evening to Monona. The bride has, for the past few years successfully taught Walnut Grove school just north of Monona and will complete her term. She is a charming young lady, well liked and highly respected by all who know her. The bridegroom is the Elder son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Ryan and is in business in Waukon with Cyril Keenan, brother of Mrs. Ryan. Congratulations are extended Mr. and Mrs. Ryan and wishes for many years of happiness.
