Miss Dorothy Reed, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reed of Lansing, and Mr. Edward H. Walter, son of Mrs. Louise Walter, of Jefferson township, were married by Rev. H. J. Nading at the home of the bride's aunt, Mrs. Edwin Cooper, Sr., at Lansing, on Wednesday, Feb. 1. The couple were attended by Miss Juliet Reed, sister of the bride, and Martin W. Walter, brother of the groom. The bride graduated from Lansing High school and the Grandview Hospital School of Nursing, of LaCrosse, Wis. The groom is one of this communities successful young farmers. Mr. and Mrs. Walter will reside on a farm near Guttenberg.
