Texley - Kellogg marriage - 1928

Last Tuesday at Elkader occurred the marriage of Miss Virginia Kellogg and Mr. Chester Texley, both of this place, J. P. Mahr, Justice of the Peace, officiating. There were no attendants but the bride's mother and D. J. Ivory were witnesses. The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Wm. Scott. The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. John Texley, proprietors of the Texley Cafe. The couple will make this place their future home.
