Wilke - Bente marriage - 1928

Miss Dorothy Bente, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bente of this place, and Mr. Lorenz F. Wilke, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Wilke of St. Olaf, were united in marriage, Wednesday, Sept. 19, in the Evangelical church here by Rev. C. H. Franke. They were attended by Curtis Engelhardt and Miss Edna Wilke. Florence Bente of Chicago presided at the organ. The young couple will make their home on a farm which adjoines the Elkader-McGregor road.
