Thursday morning, June 11th, 1908, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Gunderson, of Wagner township, their daughter, Miss Inger Olive Gunderson was joined in wedlock to Mr. Tora Thompson, of Wadena, Iowa. Rev. N. Arveson, pastor of the Norwegian Lutheran church of St. Olaf, performed the ceremony. Immediately after the ceremony the new couple departed on a wedding trip and a visit with relatives in Minneapolis and other western points for a short time. On their return they will go to housekeeping on the farm of the groom, near town. The groom was born and raised to manhood in Illyria township, and was educated in the public schools of Fayette county and also at the State School of Agriculture at Madison, Wis. The bride is a high school graduate and is a universal favorite with all who know her. - A Guest.
