Eberhard - Eckart marriage - 1916

On Tuesday afternoon, January 11th, 1916, at Dubuque, Judge Buckley, of that city, united in marriage Miss Olga Eckart and Eugene Eberhard, both of Guttenberg. Miss Elsie Eberhard, sister of the groom, of this city, and Mr. E. L. Charlesworth, of Osage, and friend of the happy couple, were the attendants. After the ceremony a banquet was enjoyed at the Julien Hotel at Dubuque. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Eckart, of this city, and grew to womanhood here. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed P. Eberhard, of this city, grew to manhood here and is a graduate of the Guttenberg High School. He has employment with his father, who is successfully engaged in the lumber and contracting business in this city. The happy couple returned to Guttenberg, Wednesday morning, and will make their home here.
