Matt - Roebken marriage - 1916

On Wednesday, January 12th, at noon, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Roebken, occurred the marriage of their youngest daughter, Adelia, to Adelbert Matt, of Peru, Ind. Miss Anna Diers, of Seward, Neb.,was bride's maid, and Louis Matt, Jr., brother of the groom, was best man. The ceremony was performed by Rev. K. Wm. Braun. Both Mr. and Mrs. Matt were born and reared in this vicinity and are graduates of Garnavillo High School. The happy young couple left on Wednesday for their home in Peru, Ind., where Mr. Matt is practicing law. We extend congratulations.
