At the spacious and hospitable home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Wilke, occurred the marriage of Aug. Storbeck, Jr., and Miss Lovelva Wilke, on Feb. 15, at 3 p.m. The couple were accompanied by Miss Ella Wilke, sister of the bride, and Wm. Storbeck, brother of the groom. A bountiful wedding dinner was served and after supper dancing and various amusements were indulged in, as Mr. and Mrs. Wilke proved themselves very efficient hosts and it was long past the morning of the following day, ere the last of the guests departed. Mr. Storbeck and his bride were members of the Young People's Society of the Lutheran church in Elkader. Mr. and Mrs. Storbeck will be "At Home" to their friends after March 15th, on the old Storbeck homestead, 2 miles southwest of Elkader.

Elkader Register & Argus, Thur., 23 Feb. 1911. Condensed from a longer article.
