Heitmann - Niemeyer marriage - 1911

On Wednesday morning, September 27, a pretty wedding took place at St. Mary's church in this city, the contracting parties being John Heitmann, of Oberlin, Kans., and Miss Odelia Niemeyer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Niemeyer, of this city. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Father Brinkman and same was attended by a large number of relatives and friends. After the ceremony a lovely reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. The groom has a position as brakeman on a railroad at Oberlin, Kansas, where the happy young couple will make their home.
