Friend - Thoma marriage - 1911

At the Methodist parsonage at McGregor on Tuesday morning at ten o'clock occurred the marriage of Mr. Otto C. Friend, of this place, and Miss Roselyn V. Thoma, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Thoma, residing near Clayton, Rev. Robt. C. Lusk officiating. Both young people are well and favorably known to many of our readers, and have a host of friends who will join us in wishing them a happy and prosperous wedded life. Mr. and Mrs. Friend are expected in Elkader on Monday and will go to housekeeping in the rooms over Geraghty's barber shop for the present.
