Leuchtenmacher - Johnson marriage - 1926

Miss Ida Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Johnson of near Gunder, was united in marriage to Mr. Philip Leuchtenmacher on Wednesday, September 29, at the Evangelical parsonage, Rev. C. H. Franke officiating. They were attended by Miss Ada Leuchtenmacher, sister of the groom, and Gust Olson.

The bride is a daughter of a prominent farmer near Gunder, and the groom is a son of Mrs. J. Leuchtenmacher of Elkader, and is well liked in this community. He is employed as an automobile mechanic by the Allen Motor Company. The bride and groom expect to make their home in Elkader.
