Last Saturday evening at 8:30 p.m., at the Lutheran parsonage in Arlington occurred the marriage of Mr. Harold Glass of this place and Miss Henrietta Burrack of Arlington, Rev. Rembold officiating. The only witnesses present were Mr. and Mrs. Will Glass of this place and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Burrack of Arlington, parents of the contracting couple. The bride is well known, having visited here frequently. For a number of years she has assisted in the Arlington Bank. The groom is a hard working young man who has good habits. Mr. and Mrs. Glass' friends treated them to a charivari and played various kinds of jokes on them and after extending congratulations the happy couple left at once for a trip to Yellowstone Park. They will be at home after March 1, 1927, on one of the groom's father's farms.
