Okman - Aulwes marriage - 1921

On last Thursday afternoon, April 7, 1921, at four o'clock, at St. John's Lutheran Parsonage in this city, Rev. J. Janzig united in marriage Miss Alma C. Aulwes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Aulwes, of Guttenberg, and Mr. Ernest Okman, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The bride grew to young womanhood here, and is a graduate of the Guttenberg high school. For the past few years she has held a position at Cedar Rapids. He has a position with a railroad company at Cedar Rapids, where the young couple will reside, leaving for their home on the day of their marriage.
