Hill - Bacon marriage - 1935

Miss Irene Bacon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aden Bacon of Prairie du Chien, and William J. Hill, son of Mrs. T. T. Hill of Des Moines, were married in a civil ceremony at Elkader Tuesday, Oct. 1st. The bride is the head nurse of the McGregor Hospital. Mr. Hill has been senior foreman at the CCC camp until recently, when he severed his connection and received a position at Caldwell, Mont., with the government in the Department of the Interior. Mrs. Hill will continue her duties at the hospital temporarily, and then join her husband at Caldwell, Mont.
