Mueller - Voelzke Nuptials Celebrated At Farmersburg.
A simple, but pretty wedding was solemnized Wednesday, September 11, at high noon when Miss Edna Muller, only daughter of Mrs. Anna Muller of Farmersburg, became the bride of Carlton Voelzke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Voelzke of Monona. Attending the couple were Miss Irene Voelzke, sister of the groom, and George J. Wilker, friend of the couple. The ceremony was performed in the living room of the bride's mother at Farmersburg in the presence of immediate relatives, the Rev. H. M. Adix, pastor of the Lutheran church of Farmersburg, officiated at the double ring ceremony.
The couple left on a honeymoon trip to Wisconsin, Ohio, and Niagra Falls. They will be at home to their many friends on the Henry Meyer farm after March 1, 1936.
(Note: The surname Mueller / Muller was spelled both ways in the article.)
