BROWN, BUCHHEIM

A pretty, yet simple wedding took place at the Little Brown church at Nashua on Thursday, July 4, at three o'clock, when Miss Melva Buchheim, daughter of Otto Buchheim of Clayton Center, became the bride of Frank Brown, son of Mrs. Ella Brown of Manchester. The Rev. Kent performed the single ring ceremony.

The bride's sister, Miss Mabel Buchheim, served as bridesmaid, while the groom's attendant was Alvin Brown.

The young couple and their attendants and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Sicles and Ervin Buchheim then went to the bride's parents for a wedding supper. After the supper, Mr. and Mrs. Brown left for Manchester where the new home will be made. A host of friends and relatives join in wishing them a long and happy wedded life.

Clayton County Register, Thur., 11 July 1935. Condensed from a larger article.
