Wiedner - Harr marriage - 1949

Announcement was made last week of the marriage of Sgt. Charles Wiedner Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wiedner, Volga, and Miss Arlene Harr, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Archie Harr, Rapid City, S.D., which occurred Aug. 8 at the Catholic cathedral in Rapid City. The Rev. Wilson performed the single ring ceremony at 1 p.m.

Attending the couple were the bride's sister, Miss Dorothy Harr, and Cpl. Clyde McCue.

At present they are visiting in the parental Wiedner home. After Oct. 1 they will be at home in Rapid City. The bridegroom has reenlisted for three years in the Army and is stationed at the Weaver Air Force Base, Weaver, S.D.
