Nelson - Lamphier marriage - 1949

Miss Willa Dean Lamphier, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Lamphier of Elkader, became the bride of Neil E. Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nels Nelson, also of Elkader, Friday, August 26, at The Little Brown Church at Nashua.

The double ring ceremony was read at 2:30 by the Rev. Hauscom. pastor.

After the ceremony a reception for twenty-five guests was held in the home of the bride's parents.

Mr. and Mrs. Nelson left on a two-weeks' wedding trip to the coast. On their return they will be at home on a farm northwest of Elkader.
