Homewood - Kuehl marriage - 1949

HOMEWOOD, KUEHL

Miss Mardell Kuehl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Kuehl of Littleport, and Robert Homewood of Strawberry Point, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Homewood, were married Friday, June 10, at the Elkport parsonage. The Rev. W. G. Weber performed the double ring ceremony. Attendants were, Ruth Homewood, sister of the bridegroom, and Lawrence Kuehl, brother of the bride.

The bride attended rural schools near Littleport and is a graduate of Littleport high school. The bridegroom attended Edgewood high school and served in the U. S. Army.

The couple will make their home with the bridegroom's parents until they find a place in Strawberry Point.
