Miss Wanda Hakert, Strawberry Point, and Linus Berns, of Rockford, Ill., were married at the Peace Evangelical and Reformed church in Elkader, Wednesday noon, Feb. 16. The Rev. Paul Kitterer officiated.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Peake, of Mederville, attended the couple.
