Elkader Register, Fri., 6 Oct. 1882.

At the residence of the bride's parents, near Volga City, Iowa, on the 4th Inst., Mr. Albert A. Sohner, of Waterloo, Iowa, to Miss Susan J. Chapman, of Sperry township.

The ceremony which united these two loving hearts, was pronounced in the presence of a number of invited guests, by Rev. J. G. Whitford, after which came congratulations and a bountiful repast.

The Register adds its hearty congratulations, with a wish for the future happiness of this young couple who have started on the voyage of life, thus auspiciously.
