Married at the residence of Hiram Wallace, in Boardman township, on the 21st of May, 1868, by Elder Wm. B. Smith, Mr. Lester Wallace and Mrs. Eliza H. Whipple, all of Clayton County, Iowa.

May love and peace dwell in their cot,

And fortunes give them plenty,
Any may it never be their lot,

To have their dishes empty.
