I, W. J. Denton do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with W. L. Houseman, Edgewood of Clayton County, Iowa, and that he is at least 28 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Rosa L. Jones of Edgewood Clayton County that she is at least 20 years of age...

License Issued for the Marriage of W. L. Houseman and Rosa L. Jones on the testimony of W. I. Denton.

To The Circuit Court of Delaware County:
This certifies, That on the 6th day of November A.D. 1889, at Manchester in said county of Delaware, according to laws and by authority, I duly Joined in Marriage Winn L. Houseman and Rosa L. Jones.
