Mr. & Mrs. Louis Baumgartner 40th Anniv. 1950

Strawberry Point - Mr. and Mrs. Louis Baumgartner were feted Sunday when their children planned a surprise potlock dinner for them in honor of their 40th wedding anniversary. A large group of relatives and friends was present from Ryan, Volga, Calmar and Strawberry Point.

Louis Baumgartner and Anna Pfrommer were married Feb. 2, 1910, in St. Sebald Lutheran church and have lived the entire 40 years on their present farm. They have four children, Mrs. Ernest Zwanziger, Edna, Vernon and Louis, Jr., and three grandchildren.
