These kinds of notices aren't that uncommon in the Clayton County newspapers of that era. They aren't frequent, but this one is by no means unique. I believe they were part of a process to begin divorce proceedings in that era. Wilhelmina Zahn may have remarried after 1893, and if so, that marriage record may record her with her previous married surname or possibly even her birth surname. I've seen both in similar cases, although the previous married name more often than the birth surname.
