Henry Donald Oelke, the son of Arno and Francis Oelke, and Lillian Anna Vogt, the daughter of Fred W. and Amelia Vogt, were married in Farmersburg, Iowa. They were the parents of two daughters, Marinette born 14 June 1919, and Donna Mae, both in Farmersburg. Donald worked for Grocers Wholesale in Dubuque. Henry Donald Oelke died 01 Mar 1975 in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Lillian Vogt died 28 Aug 1986 in Elkader, Iowa. Their daughter Marinette died 11 Aug 1987 in Elkader, Iowa. Donna is still living.

Following their divorce, Lillian was married to Theodore Glawe and Donald was married to Hildegarde Neises. Donald and Hildegarde were the parents of two children, Calvin born 23 Oct 1934 and Sharon. Hildegarde died in 1936, and Donald married Deanne Adrain in 1937. They were the parents of one daughter, Kerry Ann. Theodore Glawe died 11 Aug 1987 in Elkader, Iowa. Deanne Adrain died 31 Mar 2004 in Lancaster Wisconsin. Calvin Oelke died 17 Aug 1979 in Dixon, Illinois. Sharon and Kerry Ann Oelke are still living.
