Ellen Elvina Jones, 89, of Peterson, died Thursday, April 15 at her home in Peterson
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Congregational Church, Peterson, with the Rev. Don Jones officiating
Casket Bearers will be Brian Mueller, John Sullivan, Steve Hassel, Fred Hunt, Kevin Mueller, Nick Sullivan and Bryce Richter
Honorary Casket Bearers will be Jason Sullivan, Scott Hassel, Seth Richter, Shane White, Travis Jones, Jeff Eaton, Eddie Sullivan, Luke Mueller, Chad Eaton and Joshua Koppe
Burial will be at the Barnes Township Cemetery in Linn Grove
Warner Baumgarten Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
Mrs. Jones was born February 6, 1904, Carl and Mathilda (Fogde) Emanuelson in Linn Grove. She received her early education in Linn Grove
On May29, 1927, she was married to Luther Jones in Sioux Rapids. Following their marriage, they lived in the Peterson area and then retired to an acreage near Peterson
Mrs. Jones was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Linn Grove
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Marvin in 1986, three brothers, four sisters and one son in law
She is survived by two daughters, Margaret Mueller of Peterson, Joyce and her husband Don Sullivan of Arnolds Park; 12 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and one sister, Effie Williams of Oaktown, Indiana
