Services for Edith Renee Streufert, 47, of Everly will be 2 p.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church in Everly. Rev. Gary Bird will officiate
Pallbearers are Oliver Ficken, Don Baumeister, Harold Thorn, John Kramer, Jr., Don Elser and LeRoy Nellis
Interment will be at the Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly
Streufert, daughter of Harry and Edith (Carlson) Lynam, was born February 21, 1932 in Sheldon. She was a member of the 1949 graduating class of Moneta High School
She married Wayne Streufert in Worthington, Minnesota on August 30, 1950. They lived on a farm near Everly all their married life.
She was a member of the Everly United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the Lone Tree Gleaners and the Royal T. Tops Club
Streufert died Thursday at Spencer Municipal Hospital after a long illness
Preceding her in death were her father in 1973 and infant sister, Carol Kay
She is survived by her husband, Wayne of Everly; a son, John of Pensacola, Florida; two daughters, Mrs. Lynn Kline of Des Moines and Joy at home; two grandsons, Michael Streufert and Bradley Kline; and her mother Edith Lynam of Moneta
Baumgarten Funeral Home is in charge of the service arrangements
