Helen Margaret Kay Streufert, 91, died July 27, 1995 at her home in Spencer
Funeral services were held Monday at Warner Chapel with the Rev. Tim Walker officiating
Casket bearers were Donald Gonnerman, Albert Gerstandt, David Gonnerman, Donald Hansen, Walt Geoken and LeRoy Koep
Burial was in Lone Tree Cemetery, Everly, with Warner Funeral Home of Spencer in charge of arrangements
Helen Margaret Kay Streufert, the daughter of Herman and Katie (Laachman) Koep, was born October 6, 1903 in Jackson County, Minnesota. She received her early education in Clay County
She married August Clarence Streufert on July 15, 1925 in Spencer. She worked for many years for the Stub's House of Plenty and Stub's Ranch Kitchen in Spencer
She was a charter member of the Senior Citizens and RSVP
Mrs. Streufert was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Marvin Streufert; three sisters and two brothers
She is survived by one grandchild, one sister in law and several nieces and nephews
