John Frederick Kramer, 84 of Everly died at his home.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hope Lutheran Church in Everly. The Rev. Roger Hansen will officiate
Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery, Everly
Casket bearers will be Oscar Monhi, Wayne Struefert, Don Elser, Jim Mills, Oliver Ficken and Dale Asmussen
The Baumgarten Funeral Home of Spencer is in charge of arrangements
The son of John Jacob and Mary (Fielder) Kramer, he was born December 15, 1901 near Everly. He attended rural schools near his childhood home
He married Minnie Heldt, September 15, 1923 at Spencer. They made their home on a farm south of Everly for over 62 years.
Mr. Kramer was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and had served as president of the congregation and on the church building committee
He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother
Survivors include his wife; three sons, John Jr. at home, Richard of Moneta and Jerry of Rosemount, Minnesota; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one sister, Helen Ott of Everly
