Service for Albert C. Hintz, 89 of Everly were held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Hope Lutheran Church in Everly. Pastor Roger Hanson officiated with interment in Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly
Pallbearers were Everett Hintz, George HIntz, Les Tessum, Clifford Leslie, Walter Leslie and Douglas Gathman
Hintz was born May 14, 1890 to William and Augusta Hintz in Indiana. He received his education in Indiana before moving to Everly in 1910
He married Frances Lucht in Spencer on December 12, 1917 and was a maintenance operator for Clay County for many years.
He was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church of Everly
Hintz died Friday at the Spencer Municipal Hospital
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife on December 25, 1978; two brothers, Lawrence and Clarence and one sister, Gertrude Leslie
He is survived by one son, Harold of Dallas, Texas; two grandchildren; one sister, Ida Hansen of Spencer; and three sisters in laws, Viola Hintz, Mrs. Elva Scharnberg and Mrs. Edna Norman all of Everly
