Funeral for Frances Catherine Hintz, 82 of Everly was held Monday afternoon from Hope Lutheran Church, Everly. Pastor Roger Hanson officiated. Burial was at Lone Tree Cemetery at Everly
Bearers were David Cuttell, De. D.R. Wheler, Robert Cuttell, John Norman, Carlos Camp and Ozzie Tessem
Mrs. Hintz died Thursday, December 7 at Longhouse Residence in Spencer
She was born November 15, 1896 to John and Mary (Jordan) Lucht at Paullina, Iowa. She moved to Everly at an early age with her parents, where she received her education and was a lifetime resident.
She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church of Everly
On December 12, 1917, she was married to Albert Hintz at Everly, Iowa
Surviving are her widower, Albert of Spencer; a son, Harold C. Hintz of Dallas, Texas; two grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Frank (Elva) Scharnberg and Mrs. Alvin (Edna) Norman, both of Everly
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers
Warner Funeral Home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements
