Services for Frank Ewoldt, 87 of Spencer and former of Everly, will be 1:30 p.m., Friday at the Hope Lutheran Church in Everly. Rev. Roger Hanson will officiate the services
Interment will be at the Lone Tree Cemetery in Everly
Pallbearers are Edwin Geerdes, John Geerdes, Robert Steuben, Edgar Pearson, Ronald Stueben and Doug Geerdes
Ewoldt , the son of George and Mary (Lammers) Ewoldt, was born October 20, 1892 in Everly. His early years were spent there and he received his education in Everly. He was baptized and confirmed at the Hope Lutheran Church in Everly
Ewoldt married Anna Rickers in Sibley on June 17, 1926. Throughout their lives, they made their home in Everly where Ewoldt farmed
He was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church
For the past several years he has been a resident of the St. Luke Lutheran Home in Spencer
He died Tuesday at the Spencer Municipal Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Anna; and a sister
Ewoldt is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Arlene Camp of Davenport; two grandchildren; a great grandson; and a sister, Mrs. Claude Cronk of Las Vegas, Nevada
Warner Funeral Home is in charge of the service arrangements
