Funeral for Mrs. Erma I. Ellerbroek, 70, of Richmond, Virginia, formerly of Everly, was held Monday afternoon from Warner Chapel in Spencer. Pastor Roger Hanson officiated
Burial was at Lone Tree Cemetery at Everly
Bearers were Jeff Hildreth, Mitchell Hildreth, Art Moeller, Albert Thiessen, Herman Wilken and Harry Gray.
Mrs. Ellerbroek died February 11 at Williamsburg, Virginia
She was born September 5, 1905, to Ben and Rosa (Peters) Moeller at Everly
She was married to Jake Ellerbroek at Joliet, Illinois
She was educated at Everly and attended Iowa State Teachers College at Cedar Falls. She taught at Peterson, Manly and Gladbrook then in Colorado and later in Richmond, Virginia
Surviving are a son, Steven Jake Ellerbroek of Richmond, Virginia and a sister, Mrs. Lester Hildreth of Everly
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1962 and a brother
Warner Funeral home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements
