February 1981Services for Henry A. Erichsen, 91, formerly of Everly will be this afternoon (Saturday) at 2 in the Warner Chapel. Pastor Lionel Skamser will officicate
Burial in North Lawn Cemetery
Casket Bearers; Loren Erichsen, Keith Erichsen, Randy Erichsen, Perry Erichsen, Tom Erichsen, Greg McCabe, James McCabe
Mr. Erichsen the son of Hans and Minnie Erichsen, was born August 21, 1889 near Peterson, where he received his education in the country schools.
In 1916, he married Erma Braasch of Larrabee in Cherokee and they lived in Meriden for four years before moving to a farm east of Rembrandt. they lived there for 23 years before moving to a farm northeast of Everly in 1944
He died Thursday at the Buena Vista Manor in Storm Lake
Mr. Erichsen was preceded in death by his parents; his wife in 1950; one brother, John; two twin brothers; one grandson, Phillip Erichsen and one great grand daughter, Kimberly Boatwright
Survivors include four sons, Harold of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Marvin of Hartley, Floyd of Des Moines and Darrel of Marysville, Washington; one daughter, Maxine McCabe of Storm Lake; 25 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; two sisters, Marie Erichsen of Peterson and Louise Wunschel of Arthur and two brothers, Hans of Sutherland and Winfield of Peterson
The Warner Funeral Home is in charge of the service arrangements
