Services for Mrs. Mabel Josephine Birdsall, 82, of Everly were Monday, August 16 at 10 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Everly. The Rev. Gary Bryd officiated.

Bearers; Kim Lorenzen, Jerry Birdsall, Jay Birdsall, Dennis Burns, Tom Watts and Tracy Birdsall.

Burial was in the North Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Birdsall was born January 29, 1894 in Kankakee, Illinois, the daughter of Peter and Eva Mathilda (Benson) Ringbloom. She was eduataed in schools in Webb.

She was married to Roy Birdsall on May 8, 1912 at Webb. they lived in Clay County and resided in Webb, Gillett Grove, Greenville, Moneta and Everly.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Everly and many Church groups. She was a member of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include three sons, Bob of Valencia, California, Gale of Everly and Bill of Fullerton, California; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Lorenzen and Mrs. Dorothy Ramsey of Hanniball, Missouri; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Selma Crockett of LaFeyette, California, Mrs. Rose Boatman of Ames and Mrs. Florence Ball of North Hollywood, California.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1961, one daughter in infancy, her parents and three brothers.

Baumgarten Funeral Home of Hartley was in charge of arrangements.
