1974Funeral for Mrs. Fannie Armstrong, 77, of Spencer will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday from Hope Reformed Church of Spencer. the Rev. Al Moss will officiate
Burial will be at North Lawn Cemetery in Spencer
Mrs. Armstrong died Monday at St. Luke Lutheran Home in Spencer
She was born November 14, 1897 to B.M. and Susan (Neester) Engelker in Grundy County, Iowa
On February 15, 1922, she was married to Joe Winterboer in Grundy County, on December 27, 1959.
She was married to William Armstrong in Spencer
Both preceded her in death
Mrs. Armstrong was a member of the Hope Reformed Church in Spencer and was a homemaker by occupation
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Alvena) Koehnk of Everly and Mrs. David (Berniese) Melahn of Altoona; a stepson, Ken Armstrong and three great grandchildren
Also surviving are three brothers, Henry Elgelker of Grundy Center; E.B. Engelker of Stout, Iowa and Jame Engelker of Wellsburg, Iowa and two sisters, Mrs. Ben (Trena) Wickers and Mrs.(Katherine) Tamme, both of Parksburg
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, a brother and a sister.
Warner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
