February 10, 1958Opal Amick Eninger ws born at Jamesburg, Illinois on September 26, 1901 to Elmer and Anna (Fredrickson) Amick. Her death February 10 followed injuies received in an automobile accident
She was married August 7, 1921 to Paul R. Eninger at Spencer and to this union three children were born; Margaret L. who died in infancy; Mrs. Greg (Lola) Wax of West St. Paul, Minnesota and Ivan Eninger. They with the husband survive her as do three grandchildren Gary, Gregory and Galen Wax; her parents, Mrs and Mrs. Elmer Amick; sisters and brothers; Mrs. Kally (Grace) Calvert, Dickens; Mrs. Richard (Artie) Groth, Mrs. Leonard (Cecelia) Carlson, Mrs. Ruby Falline, Spencer; Russell Amick, Texas; Harold Amick, Whittier, California
Mrs. Eninger came to Clay County from Jamesburg, Illinois, 39 years ago.
She was a member of Grace Methodist Church, Eastern Star and Auxiliary to Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Funeral services were held February 13 at Grace Methodist Church with the Rev. Floyd Hinshaw officiating.
Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery
