JoAnn Ball, 59, Storm Lake died Saturday, March 20, 1999, from injures substained in a car accident in Spencer

Funeral services will he held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at First Christian Church, Spencer, with the Rev. Eddie K. Stubblefield officiating.

Burial will be at North Lawn Memorial Park, Spencer.

JoAnn Ball, the daughter of Bernard and Bernice (Falline) Freeburg was born December 4, 1939 in Spencer. Her childhood years were spent in Spencer where she received her early education and graduated from Spencer High School in 1957

On August 20, 1061, she married Neil A. Ball in Spencer. Following their marriage, the couple lived in Spencer, moving to Storm Lake in 1975 where they made their home ever since. JoAnn was a cook for the Storm Lake Community School System

She was preceded in death by her father

JoAnn is survived by her husband, Neil, two daughters, Melissa S. Lynch and her husband, Dan of Waterloo and Heather I. Ball and Steward Pokorny of St. Paul, Minnesota; two grandchildren, Chelsea and Hunter Lynch, her mother, Berniece Freeburg of Spencer, two sisters, Jan Anderson of Chandler, Arizona and Connie Groff and her husband, Roger of Hartley, four brothers, Bernard (Saint) Freeburg Jr. and his wife, Gayle, of Scottsdale, Arizona, Ronald Freeburg and his wife, Marlene of Phoenix, Arizona, Kenneth Freeburg and his wife, Joanne of Ridgecrest, North Carolina and Donald Freeburg and his wife, Geordy of Spencer.

The Warner Funeral Home of Spencer was in charge of arrangements.
