Funeral services will be August 14 for Marvin W. Cochran, 65, of Spencer, who died August 11 at Spencer Municipal Hosptial

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. at Warner Chapel, Spencer, with the Rev. Wayne Clark officiating.

Casket Bearers: Doug Gould, Brad Gould, Arlo Fox, Denver Campbell, Charles Beck, Jr. and Dale Thompson.

Burial will be in Dickens Cemetery

Mr. Cochran, son of Hubert and Ella (Herrig) Cochran was born July 20, 1910 in Sac County. He moved to Spencer in 1917 and on March 3, 1934 he married Anna Nelson in Spencer.

He was a retired construction worker and a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a stepsister, Mrs. Gaylen (Dorothy) Ayres of Spencer; and a stepbrother, Lester McCleary of Estherville

He was preceded in death by his mother, stepfather, a sister and a stepbrother.
