Mrs. Josephine Peck Dead

The death of this good woman occurred at her home in Mason City Sunday after an illness of nearly a year. For the past ten months she has been confined to her bed. Miss Josephine Adams was born in Mitchell, Iowa, April 1, 1866. She was married to Dr. A.L. Peck and to this union one child was born, Earl who lives in Minneapolis.

About 1890 they moved to Spencer and this was her home for many years, until about seven years ago she moved to Mason City.

Mrs. Peck was a member of the Congregational church and also a member of the local chapter, P.E.O. of this city. The funeral was held at the home of her uncle in Mason City Monday afternoon and the body was brought back to Spencer yesterday and a short service was held at the cemetery being conducted by Rev. J.O. Thrush.

Mrs. Peck leaves to mourn her loss her son, Earl, her mother and a sister.
