Funeral for Albert Edward Van Enter, 64, of rural Spencer will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 1968, from the First Reformed Church at Everly.
Rev. William DeJong will officiate. Burial will be at the First Reformed Church Cemetery.
Bearers; Dick Beving, Pete Eeten, Harold Roskens, Glen DeWall, John Schoorman and Milor Watson.
Mr. VanEnter was born December 8, 1903, at Marion, South Dakota to John and Effie VanEnter. He was married to Louise Dykstra, December 15, 1927, at Sheldon.
He has farmed in this community since 1940 and was a member of the First Reformed Church and of the church board. He was also a school board member.
Survivors include his widow, Louise; a son Norman of Sioux City; a daughter Phyllis, Mrs. Don Nielsen of Everly; six grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs, Carl Deckert of Artesian, South Dakota and Mrs. Charles Cehl of Sault Saint Marie, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Warner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
