Carol Gene Watkins was born August 20, 1921, and passed away September 1, 1921, aged 12 days. Little Carol came in the home and stayed long enough to get the heart's of loved ones. Funeral services were held at the home of J. O. Wilson with those of Hawley P. Wilson, the great-grandfather of little Carol Gene, Friday, September 2, 1921, by Rev. J. E. Carey, pastor of the M. E. church. The bereaved have the sympathy of all.
