May 11, 1923-August 19, 1999

Margaret Meyer, 76, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, died Thursday, August 19, 1999.

A private burial was held on September 16, at the cemetery of First Reformed Church, rural Everly.

Margaret Meyer is the daughter of Lubert W. and Lena (Zishka) Meyer. She grew up on the family farm near Everly and received her early education in a country school before graduating from Okoboji Consolidated High School. Margaret attended Central College and Mankato Business School. She lived most of her adult life in Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and three brothers.

Survivors include sister, Lucille Stravers and her husband, Gerald of Pella; and a brother, Don and his wife Lillian of Spencer.
