March 9, 1913-May 19, 2008Rena Boyenga, 95, of Ackley, passed away Monday, May 19, 2008, at the Presbyterian Village in Ackley.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, May 22, 2008, at the Washington Reformed Church.
Graveside service is scheduled for 3 p.m., at the First Reformed Cemetery, Fostoria.
Rena Boyenga was born on March 9, 1913, in Fostoria, the daughter of Louie and Hattie (Bleeker) Boyenga. She graduated from the Okoboji High School. Rena was a homemaker and had been a member of the Washington Reformed Church at Ackley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Anne Oltrogge. Rena is survived by an extended family.
The Sietsema Funeral Home of Ackley is in charge of arrangements.
Interment in First Reformed Church cemetery
