Funeral for Leo Dale Cooper, 41, of Chicago, Illinois will be at 11 a.m. Saturday from Warner Chapel in Spencer.

Rev. David Barnes will officiate. Burial will be at Lone Tree Cemetery, Everly.

Mr. Cooper died Tuesday night in Chicago.

Bearers: David Cuttell, Stanley Schoelerman, Cory Kunzman, Ed Monohan, Lloyd Mori and Dale Hollison.

Mr. Cooper was born April 12, 1927, to Lynn and Loretta Cooper at Omaha, Nebraska. He was married to Betty Feaster, April 29, 1945, at Spencer.

He was a Navy Veteran of World War II and had made his home in Chicago the past 18 years

Survivors include his widow, Betty, two daughters, Jackie and Shelley and son Russell.

Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Shirley Lauck of Buena Park, California, Cynthia Cooper of Primghar and Mrs. Winifred Schoenewe of Everly; four brothers, Roger, Gerald and Robert, all of Everly, and Frank in the service at Norfolk, Virginia and his parents.
