September 17, 1898-November 15, 1977

Service for Annie Beving, 79, of rural Everly will be Friday at 2p.m. at the First Reformed Church by Fostoria. The Rev. Arie Blok will officiate and burial will be in the First Reformed Cemetery by Fostoria. Miss Beving died Tuesday at the Longhouse Residence at Spencer.

Bearers will be Dale Heikens, Dale Tatman, Glenn Dewall, Henry Stinehart, John Schoorman and Harold Roskens. Gary Klett will sing "In the Garden" and "I Won't Cross the Jordan Alone." Mrs. Cedric Winterboer will be the organist.

Miss Beving was born September 17, 1898, at Osceola County, the daughter of Dirk and Trientja (Heikens) Beving. She moved to Spencer with her family when she was young. She the lived west of Fostoria until 1968 when she lived in Sunset Apartments until moving to the Longhouse Residence about three years ago. She was a member of the First Reformed Church of Fostoria.

Survivors include nephews, Don Beving of Des Moines, Delmar Beving of Spencer, Dick Beving of Spencer, John E. Beving of Spencer and merlin Beving of Everly; nieces Delores Roskens of Spencer, Mrs. Ed Bernier of Winslow, Arizona, Mrs. Leonard Clausen of Spencer and Mrs. Harold Laubach of Hartley. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothersk Ubbe, George, John and Harry Beving.

The Warner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
