Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Pierce of east Third street, Spencer, became the parents of a baby son, April 23, 1928, but when born life was extinct. Short prayer services were held at the Pierce home the following day at 1:30, and burial was made in the Riverside cemetery. Rev. Father M. C. Wendl had charge of the services.
