Mrs. Hanse Huberg died at her home near Royal on February 7, 1920, death being caused from the flue and pneumonia, at the age of 33 years, 10 months and 13 days.

Mrs. Mary Laura Huberg was born at Cedar Falls, Iowa, on March 24, 1886, where she lived for a short time and then moved with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jens Hjelm, to their farm near Royal. She was united in marriage to Mr. Hans Huberg and to this union were born four children. Most of her life was spent in and near Royal. She was a member of the Danish Lutheran church of that city.

The funeral services were held from the home at one o'clock and from the church at two o'clock on Wednesday, February 11th. Burial was made in Willow Creek cemetery.
