DEATH OF VIRGIL CASE
On Sunday, April 30, 1916, Virgil Case, the sixteen years old son of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Case, residing one mile east of Fostoria, passed away. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Methodist church of Fostoria, being conducted by Rev. R.A. Bixler of Corning, Iowa, a friend of the Case family. Among those who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Newbrough of Des Moines, Mrs. John Lorimor of Diaganol, Mrs. J. W. Newbrough and daughter, Miss May of Humboldt, and Joe Newbrough of Des Moines and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer James of Cresco.
